Privacy & Data Protection

The Ayan Reach Foundation holds personal data only so that it can answer the people who write to it and keep an honest record of the commitments made to children. This notice explains what we hold, why, for how long, and how you may have it removed.

What we collect

When you send a donation pledge, volunteer offer, partnership proposal, membership application, Peace Pledge or message, we store the name, email address, telephone number and answers you type into that form, together with the date and the consent you gave.

Lawful basis

We rely on your consent, given by ticking the consent box on the form. The exact wording you agreed to is stored beside your submission as proof.

How long we keep it

Submissions are deleted automatically 24 months after they are received, unless a longer period is required by law or by an ongoing partnership.

Who can see it

Only authorised members of the foundation holding an administrator account. We never sell personal data, never share it for advertising, and never transfer it to third parties except where the law compels us.

Children’s data

Please never enter a child’s identifying details into a public form. Safeguarding information is handled offline under our child-protection rules.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress may set a cookie only when you sign in as a member.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, correct it, withdraw your consent, or ask that it be erased. Write to admin@ayanreachfoundation.org and we will act within thirty days.
